![]() ![]() It can occur also when the golden pin on the printhead cable end is bends or broken/torn during removal of the cable and reinsertion to the printhead connector/circuit board connector. It occur when someone unplug the printhead cable from the printhead connector or circuit board connector and the golden pin at the end of the printhead white cable is not inline or not inserted deep enough to the connector pin slot on the printhead and/or circuit board when they try to reinsert back the cable to the slot. ![]() That randomly printing swatches of color that appear in whatever you print or even when you just merely print a nozzles check, is due to the golden pin on the printhead cable not inline with the printhead connector/motherboard aka circuit board connector or the cable golden pin is broken/torn/bend at the end.
